Easter Fun!

Our Easter Day started off at Grandma Linda's (Mathis's mom.) We were a little late getting there so we didn't have much time to hang out, because it was my parents year so we had to get to another party. We still had some time to play in the backyard with cousins, and talk with everyone. It actually was a little chilly, but that didn't bother Lydia at all. Once she saw the balls, it was all over from there. She wouldn't put them down.

Noah loves this little car. Everytime we go over there he just sits in this car, but he does let the other boys have their turn. What a handsome, sweet little boy!

So we got to my Aunt's house, and started with "The Hunt!" Noah was so excited to find the eggs.

This year he understood more about what was going on, so it was fun watching him find eggs. He scored pretty well too with a lot of chocolate, which is his favorite :)

Lydia mostly just played in the dirt :) She is so opposite from Noah. When he was that age, well even to this day he hates getting his hands dirty. Not her though, she even tried to eat some!

When we took her away from the dirt, or tried to give Noah back his basket she got so mad! This is from lack of sleep, and eating a lot of chocolate and jelly beans all day.

Noah finally got his basket back, and sat down with Great Papa to show him his loot :)

We went inside when it started getting cold, and Lydia had to show off her eggs too, but no one could touch them or she would scream. We had a really yummy dinner, and lots of yummy desserts. We stuffed ourselves, and then it was time to go home. The kids slept really well that night :) We hope everyone had as fun of an Easter as we did! Thanks Easter Bunny for all of the cool things!
